Matthew 10 & 11
These two chapters tell us that we cannot put anything or anyone before our Lord. Maybe it's time to really look at our understanding of what it means to be a Christian. Jesus has given his all for us. Can we do any less for Him? Re-read 11:28-30. Are there any heavy loads on your heart that you need to give to Him?

Jesus calls us to follow Him. He expects us to give him our heavy loads. By doing so these verses state we will be given rest. I need to work on being more gentle and humble. Gentle with the "tests" given me and diffinently humble in my service to Him. Through the years, I have been able to handle problems and I admit I have tried to do this myself. Now, I acknowledge that without God I can't handle a particular burden I have. These scriptures state when I continue to give my burden to Him, then I will find it becoming easier...is light. I again give my all to Jesus. Thank you, God!
